REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Swift Nexus Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@swiftnexusstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return shipping address (provided upon approval)

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first requesting a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@swiftnexusstore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Downloadable software products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and we receive the returned item, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note:

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days after we've approved your return, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@swiftnexusstore.com

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International Returns

For international orders, please note that:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend contacting us before returning international orders to discuss the most cost-effective solution
