Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping:

Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

Express Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order value
- Tracking: Provided via email once shipped
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing (for international orders), and carrier performance.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- International destinations (select countries)
We are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Certain remote or restricted areas
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount during promotional periods. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing (international orders)

- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information
- Additional shipping charges incurred to reship orders to corrected addresses
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@swiftnexusstore.com. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, etc.)
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual delivery)
If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, please contact us at info@swiftnexusstore.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement, subject to our investigation.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately at info@swiftnexusstore.com with your order number and photos
- Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved
We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Before Shipment: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@swiftnexusstore.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return following our Refund Policy once you receive the item.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. You may receive:
- Multiple tracking numbers
- Packages arriving on different dates
- Different carriers for different items
This is normal and helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
